When you use the AI Estimate Assistant, only the service description text you type is sent to a secure KGKV LLC proxy (hosted on Cloudflare), which forwards it to an AI language model. No client names, pet names, addresses, or personal information are sent to the AI service.
AI estimate requests are not stored or used to train AI models.
Any pet medication, health, or veterinary information you enter is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to KGKV LLC servers or shared with any third party. We treat pet health information with the same care as personal health information.
Client reminders are composed as pre-filled SMS using your device's native messaging app. Pet Sitter Pro does not send SMS messages through our servers.
To add a client faster, you can tap "Import from Contacts" to open your device's native contact picker. Pet Sitter Pro only receives the name and phone number of the single contact you choose to import — the app never requests permission to read your full contacts list, and nothing is sent to our servers.
You can attach before/after photos to a visit using your device's camera or system photo picker. Photos are stored locally on your device and are included only when you create a local backup. We never upload your photos to our servers.
You can export a backup of your data — clients, pets, visits, invoices, estimates, and photos — to a file you save or share using your device's native share sheet. This file is created and shared entirely by you; KGKV LLC never receives or stores a copy. Restoring a backup never changes your subscription or Pro status.
If you add a Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Stripe Payment Link to your business profile, Pet Sitter Pro generates a tap-to-pay button on your invoices that opens the relevant app or website directly on your client's device. No payment or card information ever passes through KGKV LLC's servers.
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. There is no server-side account associated with you.
You have full control over all data in Pet Sitter Pro. Delete any record within the app or uninstall to remove everything. Contact [email protected] for any privacy requests.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
